The docs just made their "rounds" again. Catherine is in the process of being weened off of the breathing tube. Things are looking good, she is continuing to heal. The surgeon stopped by and he was glad to see that her rhythm is good without the use of a pacemaker.
We had a chance to visit Christopher today. It seems like I haven't seen him in such a long time. We took him a souvenir "Hopkins" sweatshirt. He asked if Catherine was "all better" yet. He's such a sweet little boy.
Thanks for all of the great comments, they are so encouraging. The next update will probably come tomorrow since I hope to get some sleep tonight. We'll be staying here until about 10 tonight, and returning around 6 or 7 a.m.
