Breathing tube is out

I spoke to Catherine's nurse around 5 a.m., she said that the breathing tube came out around 1:15 a.m. It took Catherine about an hour to adjust. She received a breathing treatment and is now just receiving a little oxygen through her nose. Wow, I can't wait to see her! I guess we'll find out during "rounds" this morning what will happen next. Maybe we'll be leaving the PICU and going to the floor soon. Thanks for all of the prayers, please keep them coming!

Kim & Dave,
Progress sounds wonderful. I am keeping my family posted on your postings. Catherine sounds like she is making great strides and I know you will feel much better when she does get to her own room. God bless and keep the faith, the lord is watching over Catherine.
Love,
Aunt Cathy
